This review is specifically for the Papa John’s in Clifton, CO:

Even though I clearly chose no-contact delivery, and even provided additional instructions that they were to leave the pizza and go, two nights in a row, their drivers were standing at my door waiting for me. I called the manager and asked why no one was reading my instructions, and they proceeded to tell me of a policy change in their no-contact delivery that is in no way indicated on their app, nor on their website. Manager was not receptive to my concerns, and without any interest said they’d speak to their drivers. Both drivers were respectful of my wishes when I told them what had been requested, and the pizzas were fine, but the total lack of competence in adherence to my instructions leaves me wholly dissatisfied with this location.

Correction: the 6 feet rule is noted, but that is not what these drivers are doing. They are just standing at the door...

Held off on writing a review for that perfect moment, and it finally happened. Ordered delivery. Arrived super quick (~15-20 minutes opposed to estimated 30). I think the driver's name is John (funny coincidence) based on the online review. Super nice guy. He brought some extra seasonings/plates/napkins (most delivery ask, but this guy just went ahead and did it anyway, super thoughtful) and even said "when you order out, you don't need to do dishes", which hit home. Thought I had more cash for a tip, but I didn't, and apologized for it being a bit small. He said "it is what it is" and thanked me for being a Papa John's customer. ONLY driver to do that in all my years of ordering pizza ANYWHERE! He...

I have been going here for quite awhile. They are not overly friendly, people in general are not friendly anymore so I ignore that. I will not be ordering from them again. My husband went in and got our pizza’s, they had a rock placed at the door to keep it open. My husband tripped over it and the pizza fell to the floor. No reaction whatsoever from not 1 but 4 employees. No “are you ok”, “can I make you a new pizza”? Nothing which is what they will be getting...
