I ordered the nachos from here back in August. I had jalapenos put on them. I've ordered jalapenos before, and never had a problem with them. I ate one of the so called Jalapeno's and it was so hot that it gave me chemical burns in my mouth and throat. Let me tell you how generous Qdoba is. They offered me a whole $100.00. Pathetic. I told them I would settle for $5000.00 and not hire an attorney, but they won't do that I considered hiring an attorney, but I'm going to take this to small claims court since I can sue the actual store for $7500. Now their insurance, Sentry, is the one that made the big offer to me. Fortunately for me, I don't have to deal with those assholes if I sue in small claims court, and there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. My suggestion, avoid Qdoba like the plague. They lied and said they didn't put a hotter pepper in my food. Now the owner wants me to contact Qdoba customer care, again. I already did that, then was contacted by Sentry insurance, which is their insurance company. Like I said, I was offered a big $100.00. I'm not contacting anyone again unless they are willing to settle. Otherwise I'm continuing with my small...
Read moreSo I have been stranded in the McDonalds parking lot for 4 days I have come in 3 of those days to get food and charge my phone because my car won’t even start or charge my phone I was literally just in here yesterday and spent 18$ the food is super expensive for the next day judgment and profiling I didn’t bother anyone was here for less then 5 min and asked for some water I’m not homeless I’m just not from here and I’m stuck with no way to fix it until I get paid on the2nd to treat everyone like they are hurting your company imagine is truly unkind but I will make sure to not ever cause you an inconvenience to your customers lolol try customer service remembering the customers who come in your establishment (I have red hair not like you can’t remember that) is essential as well as not passing judgement and embarrassing someone that asked permission to sit for one second and was given that loud enough for other customers to then pass judgement and make someone uncomfortable just as the man did to your new employee that respect and kindness goes both ways I’ve never felt this way before but tbh it’ll change my Dona addiction for ever I’ll will never return to any...
Read moreI ordered food online to pick up. When I arrived to pick up the food, the employees and the two people in line having their food prepared looked at me like I was trying to cut in line or something. I stood there and waited patiently until they finished with the other customers. The thing is, only one employee was on the line, one at the register. There was a window of down time for the man at the register that he could have asked my name and handed me my order, which had been sitting by one of their hand washing sinks since before I walked through the door. And I really felt like an inconvenience, that my business wasn't welcomed, for whatever reason. And the other three employees were behind the counter and saw me standing there. One was the cook, but the other two could have asked my name and handed me the order or said we will be with you shortly, something other than glare and roll their eyes at me. Again, just my perception, but it was a pretty...
