Little oversharing backstory on how I stumbled upon this family business: I am a Tampa native and love visiting the parks. However, life happened and I moved to another state and am unable to visit as often as I would like to. My family and I recently celebrated my son’s 3rd birthday at the parks and when you have children, you understand that there is no limit to their happiness. Before heading home, we stopped at the Character Warehouse and purchased some merch. One of these items being a sippy cup and straw for my son. Fast forward to about a week later, the cup ended up in the dishwasher and destroyed. I was sooo upset, it was baby Yoda. This launched me into obsessively trying to replace the dang cup and I found WDW website, hastily I requested a membership and joined their FB pages. Upon acceptance, I was immersed into a live shopping day where I spotted the cups designed similarly to the yoda one. I commented, could you please see if they have one there? WITHOUT hesitation, Jenn and Kimmy walked to that section and checked. Unfortunately baby Yoda was GONE. But this act of true customer care and dedication won me over. Not only did they show care for my needs,, but for everyone else. Their lives tend to last 3 hours- 3 HOURS in that small, cramped store. They do not complain, but they do make sure everyone is taken care of. You’re probably wondering- Since this day, I have not found the Yoda cup to replace the destroyed one, but I have become a dedicated customer who has only had positive experiences with the family.
AS A REMINDER, this is a family business. This is not an Old Navy or Target. They are not Disney associates. They created a business to bring people cheer and they only charge 13% on top of the products final cost. Some orders process longer than others, because the orders have to be manually processed. There is no warehouse workers, logistical workers. You cannot expect Prime delivery. However, I have found delivery time to be a reasonable turn around. In the short month I have been a member I have noticed a lot of new customers treating this family like they are below them. Or older members who have become entitled and boss the family and other members around. Fortunately, the family has a strict policy of banning people from the group who tend to get abusive.

I have had no issues with communication with them over email and they were able to confirm that the pins I was planning on ordering were in fact in-stock prior to my order being placed. They also responded to my email conceding the crack in the plastic dome on 2 of the pins I ordered.
I also found the prices for the particular pins I was purchasing to be in-line or a little below the market price on ebay for them which was great. I will say that some of their items contain some higher mark-ups, but they are a re-seller, that is just how it is. These markups are typically around the same markup as an eBay seller whom operates a similar park-to-consumer business. That being said, pricing is very clear and you are able to make your own informed decisions based on if you are willing to pay their price for an item.
As far as shipping and packaging, I was very impressed at the speed of shipping and the care that went into packaging the pins I ordered. They were boxed with anti-static packing peanuts and in individual bags. The boxes where then placed in an envelope as well. It took 1-2 days for them to mail them out and 1 day for them to arrive, even after I ordered on a holiday weekend.
As to the products, my first order, everything was perfect and exactly as described including backer cards for the pins. The only issue I had is with 2 pins that include a plastic dome with them that hold a piece of the attraction they represent. The issue stems from the domes being cracked. (see pictures) Upon contacting Kimberly, she explained that this is due to the age of the pins (7-8 years old) and that this is common for these particular pins. I do understand this is likely true, however I just wish that this was motioned in the listing or description or that an updated photo was included to highlight this minor blemish. That being said, this would not have prevented me from purchasing the pins and will not detract from enjoyment, but I just would have liked to be fully informed.
All in all this was a very good shopping experience and I will very likely buy from them again in the future and recommend them to others who are looking for Disney park merch, but do not live in Orlando. I was apprehensive at first purchasing from a smaller store not on eBay, but was...
Read moreBuyer BEWARE! Before you agree to that buyer agreement at the end of your purchase process, read the conditions carefully. All sales are final and you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. I ordered an item for a birthday gift. The item never said it was out of stock. Once I received my order confirmation though, the email said it will ship once they receive stock. This company is not affiliated with Disney... again a point you would have to notice when reading the fine print. When I realized I would not be getting my item in time to give as a gift, I tried to cancel my order. Customer service said they would charge 25% to my card to cancel the order. I have never heard of such a terrible refund policy. DO NOT ORDER from this company. I feel duped and certain I won't get my item. Will be looking into other ways to get a refund and will report this company. Follow up to owner's response: I would encourage potential buyers to read this owner's responses to unsatisfied customers carefully. This is a fair representation of the unprofessional customer service buyers will receive when they contact the company to follow up on their order. I did contact the company four days after receiving my order confirmation in order to find out when I could expect a shipping confirmation, as the item I ordered was a gift. I did adopt an angry tone only after I was confronted with a hostile response to my question. However, to characterize my response as screaming is inaccurate. My review is meant to warn potential buyers about this company's business practices, which are in stark contrast to many reputable online company's practices. In an era where there are very few consumer protections, it is important for consumers to share their experiences with companies. I do want potential buyers to also know that I never received an email from the company stating that my order has been officially cancelled.
