On May 20th I ordered little Caesars online at this location. It told me that it was going to be an hour for pickup (portal). I waited an hour at the little Caesars parking lot. I then went inside to the portal to see if my pizza was ready. It wasnât so I wait patiently an extra 10-15 minutes. A male who later identified himself as the manager came to the register and told me it was going to be 45 minutes to an hour before my pizza was going to be ready. I opened my email from my phone to show him the time it said ready for pickup. He said they were backed up and that I have to wait an additional 45 minutes to an hour. So I asked for my money back, he then said he couldnât give me a refund because I ordered online. Showing him the email receipt I already paid for the pizzaâs. I told him I canât wait another hour, to take my information and give it to the store manager, so maybe he/she can give me my money back. I never received a phone call from them. I emailed corporate explaining to them what happened with my contact information. No response. Itâs been over a month - They got free money from me. I will never order online from them nor buy pizza from this place. I wasted my time and money, very frustrating knowing you have hungry kids at home and you promised them pizza. I had to buy pizza from another place that took 30...
Read moreCame in 2 times so far and got real bi-polar results. Ordered on a Wednesday night and got a good pie that was nice and hot. A few days later ordered on Saturday under a month ago around 6pm and was told it would take twenty minutes. I arrived and then was told it would be a few minutes more. 40 minutes later I walked out with my pizza and it was not hot. No one appeared to be driving the shift and the back of the house was just a total mess of kids sticking their heads out to laugh at the growingly angry waiting area and loud comments about how awful things were going. The young girl at the front would ask about orders and eta's and the boh just did not seem to care. The very few times they did answer they were just shouting out a number in a patronizing fashion, as all these people death stared at her. My pizza had actually been ready for just about 15 minutes (I saw when it was put in the warm hold) but no one said anything when they did it so it just sat in there until I asked how much longer it would be and she realized it was in there. Being in the service industry, honestly, I think this location would do well with some further training, but as it stands now it'd be hard for me to take a chance on returning. I felt bad for them because all they seemed to need...
Read moreI stopped at this Little Caesars location on my way home to Clermont from an overnight trip to Tampa. I used the restroom before ordering and found it to be clean, which is nice to know when you are about to order food. I ordered a simple large, stuffed crust pepperoni pizza bcuz it was a good deal, I thought. The girl taking my order was the only one at the counter and she asked if I minded waiting 10 to 12 minutes. I told her that would be fine. Even though she seemed somewhat stressed because she was serving customers solo and there were about 7 or 8 people ordering and waiting, she was very pleasant!! I didn't notice her name, but she was young. After ordering, I found a seat and pulled out my phone to kill time while I waited. I had been sitting for about 1 minute (maybe less!), when another girl came up to the counter, from the back kitchen area I assume, and called out my name. I looked up and she had my đ pizza!!! To sum it up, the service was FRIENDLY and FAST!!! I would totally recommend this Little Caesars location and the pizza was...
