I've been to at least 60 different subways around the country and this by far is the worst of them all. It's the closest to my home and that makes it convenient but every time I come in there's an issue. 1st visit- slower than snail pace 2nd visit- oven broken 3rd visit- worker outside smoking and didnt acknowledge me while I walked inside and stood for a few minutes. Someone in the back came around and apologized for my wait. She sighed when she realized her coworker was outside smoking and didn't tell her. 4th visit- slower than snail pace 5th visit- slower than snail pace 6th visit- huge line out the front door on national sub day. I didn't have the time to wait so I went to a busier subway location a few miles away near disney. They had one person in line with the same amount of staff on duty. That just shows how slow they are... Last visit- My boyfriend went in and they assured him they took e-gift cards for subway so he ordered our sandwiches. When he went to pay, they didn't know what to do and said they don't honor the gift card. Why say you take it when you dont? They also advertise ordering online on there window but they don't allow that either. He asked if he could just make the order online for that store and just pay with the card online. They said yes he could do that so he tried it.... nope... can't do that either.. needless to say, he walked out with no sandwiches and yet again I'm with another annoyance from this one location... I'm just considering driving out of my way to go to...
Read moreThis is by far the worst treatment I've ever had at a subway. I arrived and the gals on the phone with somebody in the back and will not engage me at all in conversation so I go to the bathroom to wash my hands when I come back she is gone. I start yelling hello hello and the gentleman working at the gas station adjacent to this Subway tells me that she is gone back into the cooler and will be gone for 15 minutes. I explained that I'm going to contact the corporate office and complain about this Subway because this is unacceptable and he just says yeah this is one of the worst Subways there is. They should fire the gal for the way she conducts herself when a customer is there Subway should investigate this store and check with the manager and find out why his people conduct their business this way. I give them one star because I can't give them zero this is ridiculous and I will never come to this Subway again but I will go to other Subways cuz there are plenty of good Subway stores out there by no means is this a reflection on the corporation but this is definitely the manager and the location and the workers at this location! Read moreI have been visiting this Subway off and on for the past few months while we were snow birding for the winter. I normally do not post reviews on to many establishments but I feel the need to with this Subway. I read here a review from a poster named Amber who had some very nasty things to say about this Subway. I want everyone to know in my experience in life who has traveled the world, any employee who claims to have quit their job due to poor work conditions usually hasb been terminated . if any claim this person made were remotely vaild I'm sure the health department would be involved. Now my research has shown this Subway has gotten GREAT health department scores, Florida is a right to know state. I personally along with my family can ATTEST 1st hand that this is a VERY CLEAN and well taken care of Subway . Our food has always been fresh and the customer service has been excellent. There were few times when they were short staffed but they seem to manage large groups of people with a smile on their face. So I give this Subway 5 stars and me and my family look forward to seeing you again...
