Chinese To Go — Restaurant in Florida

Ok it not ALL that great, but it's decent food. "Beautiful food..." who uses words like this to describe food. Calm down people🤦‍♀️. No it's not beautiful and I've had waaayyyyy better food. Military Vet and I've traveled All over the world trust me. Customer service is a hit and miss some days. Some days they're Great, some days not so much. So be prepared. It a Mom and Pop place really. Its family owned. It's not a 5 star restaurant or a food chain. So you get what you get. Jesus! I had to give this review because some people have all these crazy expectations from places. So I mean chill. Its family owned. You want fancy Oriental food. Go to downtown Orlando. You want quick Chinese food. This is the place or go to Panda Express - that's a food chain restaurant by the way... There’s not option for me to put negative star. I felt regrets giving this place high 1 star review. It’s just way too nice to give someone horrible even 1 star. I went there ordered panfired noodle beef. Everyone know that panfired noodle when you packed it needs to be separated from the gravy otherwise it won’t crispy if you aren’t gonna eat right away. I ordered for Togo and every Chinese restaurant separate the crispy noodle from gravy for me. But this place is so cheap , tried their best to cut corner put crispy noodle in the bottom of the foam container and put gravy right on top when I confront him he said this how he do it so deal with it. I have to order another crispy noodle. And he still charge for the thing that he did wrong. Just horrible irresponsible owner cheap. The food wasn’t that great. The food was unsatisfactory and the rice tasted burnt. I ordered from this restaurant myself after having some at my sisters and I was so impressed. However, after the first bite of my order, I found the food unappetizing. I called the restaurant to complain. Mr Crabs aka old man shifted blame onto me, even calling me “worthless” when I complained, and told me the rice was toasted not burnt. I am also disappointed with the hassle of trying to get a manger on the phone, before putting the manager on, I was criticized and disrespected. The manager wanted me to bring the food back and taste the rice before she cooked it. I feel either giving me a refund or store credit would be more appropriate I didn’t even finish the food. If I dined into a restaurant I would not be charged for food...
