All Out Bikes — Local services in Four Oaks

I am a cross country bike tourer and my bicycle was in pretty sorry shape. I happened upon All Out Bikes and initially went in to purchase a new rear wheel, but when I discovered that the new wheel didn't solve my issues, Jason (the owner) took the time out of his day to methodically and comprehensively fix my bicycle to a degree that I didn't think was even possible- and inexpensively to boot! He also educated me about all kinds of little ins-and-outs concerning proper maintenance and things to keep an eye on as I move forward. I cannot recommend All Out Bikes enough- I have dealt with countless bike shops over the years and I have never had as wonderful an experience as I did at this shop. I called Jason at All Out Bikes this morning because another bike shop had messed up quite a few things on my son's bike when they serviced it recently. Jason told me that he would be happy to take a look at it, and if possible, fix the issues today. When we arrived at the store, Jason and Susan were both extremely helpful, answered all questions we had, and made all the adjustments the bike needed. I could not be more impressed with the fact that they saw us the same day I called, and actually took the time to make sure my son was happy with the bike "set up" before we left. My kid had a punctured wheel on his Crazy Cart and we live about an hour from the All Out Bikes shop. But it was the closest option to get it repaired. Called ahead and told them the issue and that I had already purchased the needed parts. Jason was beyond helpful, to put it simply. He told me a good time to arrive and about how long it would take. As he was repairing, he realized something else was an issue and called me to explain. It would cost a little more but he wanted to make sure it was ok to proceed. Can’t go on enough about how genuine and personal the experience with All Out Bikes was through the entire process. Will gladly drive down there again for the next repairs.
