Ole Time Grill — Restaurant in Four Oaks

My wife and I dropped by Old Timey Grill in Four Oaks today, June 01, 2019 around 1:00pm, to get a burger for lunch. The owner of the establishment took our order. My said she wanted a burger, he says 'hamburger?', and then asked if she spoke Spanish, she said and that she also speaks fluent English and does not need some one to translate, because he called for someone else to come. He took the order. He was mocking her when repeating the order. My wife asked him what was his problem, and repeated that she spoke English perfectly clear. She also addressed him as sir and treated him politely. He took the order, which was a hamburger with pickles and lettuce, and then he asked me for my order, I told him that I wanted a cheese burger all the way. Then while we were waiting, I heard him say he does not have to server us. Then he waked around the counter and said out loud that he does not have to serve us, and for us to leave. My said she suffers from seizures, I do not think he heard. He walked back to go back around the counter. I that it is uncalled for. I told him that I have one thing to say to him, he said to get out. I said again that have one thing to say to him and to listen, He came toward me and stuck his arm out with the order ticket in his hand and pushed me with his chest a couple of times going toward the door saying 'Get Out!' My wife grabbed my arm said for us to leave. As I turned around, I yelled at him, 'We're Leaving!'. We were sitting at the dinner table later own, and my wife had a bad seizure episode because of the experience we had. I have also been uptight and unable to stop thinking about the incident. The business owner does not know how to treat some of his customers. you can see that he has never taken a customer service class. I was telling my wife how good the burgers were. I have been dropping by there for years even when it was called Thorntons. I will never buy anything from that business again. I also intend to let my family members know. They always like going there, even when it is out of their way when they make a trip somewhere like the...

He makes his own chilli, Patty's out the burger fresh every morning. He is a great guy that loves to make people happy with good service.
