Subway — Restaurant in Four Oaks

I hate leaving this place a negative review considering my husband and I were frequent customers. Unfortunately, we will not be back. Firstly, I ordered a 6 inch steak & cheese. I was charged .50 for cheese on my receipt and didn’t have any extra cheeses added. Secondly I work in the healthcare field and was pleasantly surprised to see they offer 15% off to healthcare workers with a valid ID. THIS IS A SCAM! As you can clearly see on my receipt there was no discount given. When I asked the staff member how this could’ve happened they claimed I was given a discount even though it didn’t show and were unsure about the cheese charge. So when I asked for my .50 refund for the cheese she told me “they were unable to provide a refund for just that.” What a joke! In reality it’s not the .50 cheese or the discount. IT’S THE PRINCIPLE! Wish I could give this store negative stars yesterday me and my friend went in to eat in and because someone started prank calling the store they cut the Wi-Fi off my friend heard the girl Katie say to someone else she was working with "Watch this" they went in the back and a few seconds later the Wi-Fi was disconnected. I politely asked if she had turned it off because she thought we had pranked the store she told me a lie and said "we are not allowed to touch the Wi-Fi because it is connected to the cameras" then she said "I wouldn't do that also the other girl joined into her lie. So this store is all jokes Hahaha right? Let's see you laugh when y'all get a call from Corporate :)...

Pretty phenomenal experience all things considered. Stopped by on route from Orlando back home to NYC. I don’t understand the reviews talking about the quality of the food - it’s a sub fast food chain that isn’t stellar or the best food In the world but it consistently delivers on quality for its price which is why you even stopped and went in. The review is based on the service, which was great. Store was the cleanest subway id seen and had a 98% cleanliness rating and the server comfortably accommodated a religious circumstance that made us feel a lot more comfort if she made our sandwich with a different knife.
