If I could give a negative stars I would! My father in law was here for 2 days and this was the worst place I’ve ever seen. The floors are all stained up, the walls are filthy, the kitchen is disgusting, the staff doesn’t know what they are doing. When he arrived the guy on duty hooked an oxygen mask up to him. We asked what he was doing and he said I thought he was supposed to have it since it was in the room! They missed his dinner, they didn’t change him and the director there is extremely rude and extreme unprofessional. Had a 5 Star experience with the team at Vineyards at Fowler! Eva was so friendly welcomed me with a smile. Showed me the way to the conference room! She anticipated my needs and offered additional assistance before stepping away! And Alex, was delightful, helpful, and courteous! Offered help and interacted with me! My wife and I have tried to phone my friend who is stuck there over 20 years. We called over 10 times in the last 2 years and ask to talk our friend. Every dam time they say, “we have to get the portable phone and call us back.”. They take our phone number and never call us! So we haven’t been able to talk to him.
