I placed an online order through the app around 8:00pm Friday night June 10. ETA was 8:25pm. When I went to pick up my order the cashier asked the employees making the pizzas where my order was. They never received the ticket. Apparently the app and online ordering is faulty sometimes. Understandable. I wasn't going to be a Karen about it because I've worked in the food industry for seven years. The cashier printed my ticket, I watched him hand it to the gentleman making the pizzas after paying my total and was given a pickup time of 30-35 min. The second time I walked in, the cashier greeted me and remembered my name. He went looking for my order again. I witnessed an argument unfolding between the cashier and the female cook. She was very loud and adamant about there never being a ticket printed when I witnessed it before leaving the building the first time. It also appeared that no one wanted to tell me what was going on. Finally I was told that they never got the ticket so the pizzas I had already paid for were never made. It also looked like they were ready to close the restaurant. So if I hadn't arrived at the time I was given, my money would have been taken and I would have never been given the food I prepaid for. Shady AF. The gentleman making the pizzas apologized and said they'd be done in 15 min. So by the time I got home to eat dinner it was already 9:45pm. We were given a free two liter as compensation. Okay. I would have liked my meal comped but I guess that's too much to ask for. The kid's pizza was good but the large one was meh. I guess I'll be going elsewhere for pizza until the staff becomes better...
Read moreI got a medium hot honey pizza and it's actually not hot honey it's just honey drizzled on it and there was not enough sauce and I can't believe the pizza was almost $20 for a medium That's a rip off and that's a crime for charging a medium pizza for almost $20 that pizza should have been at least $6 because that's what it tasted like to me so I would do different is lower the prices for example instead of almost $20 for medium pizza it should be $6 and and for the greeting to use real hot honey with regular honey and chili oil mixed together that's real hot honey and add a bit more sauce and a little bit more cheese and the pizza would be better in my opinion but overall my pizza that I ordered was fine but definitely not worth it I rather go to Little Caesars to get a pepperoni pizza and put real hot honey on it that would taste way better and you will get more pizza for cheaper for $9.89 or $13 on DoorDash still much cheaper than you guys Pizza factory step it up please or lower your prices to justify the quality please...
Read moreThe management at this restruant is poorly handled. The wait time for my order was 1HOUR and when i came to pick up my order they had given to someone else. They DID NOT APOLOGISE for there mistake, insted they SHRUGGED there shoulders like they DIDN'T CARE. I was then told that it would be another 45 min to get my order. Insted of waiting i went to Me n Eds where my pizza was ready in 20min, then when i arrived i was greated with a smile and most importantly my PIZZA was made on time. If you want to wait, starve and receive the worst customer service then PIZZA CRAPOORY in Fowler is the place to go. Do yourself a favor and avoid the frustrations of having to deal with a restraunt with low levels of respect for there customers. I was a local customer for years, but unfortunately after my last few expiences have led me to notice the lower standards in quality. This restaurant may have had the exterior redone, but what they really need to have redone is the...
