As I was searching for a place to get some paperwork notarized, this establishment came up, they even had a neon sign in their window advertising that they do notary services. When I went inside, the woman behind the desk was very rude to me and seemed as though she wanted nothing to do with my paperwork; she rolled her eyes, she told me she didn’t notarize certain paperwork even though I called and confirmed the day before. I also got confirmation the day before via phone that one of the employees would act as my second witness and then when I was in there, the woman behind the desk was very rude and told me that no one would be willing to be a witness and I had to go get someone else (even though there was at least one other employee in there). I cannot say enough good things about this amazing local mail shop! Joyce is the sweetest, smartest woman and bends over backwards for her customers. She is always thinking of cute new ways to make the shop useful for the community, including events, a work from home station, cute gifts, and her amazing graphic design, printing and shipping skills. Its 2 times now that a package goes missing. And to top it off she hasn't followed up and called me back. Its cost me almost 200 bucks to learn that somethings seriously wrong when you have no trust in doing buissness with a small locally owned operation. While reading her reviews its true she's late opening a lot it happen to me 2 times and another time I saw someone looking in the window 30 minutes after scheduled opening.
