We have been here a couple of times now. I’m not sure this time if we will be back, mostly because of the service. We called in our first order last fall, for baked pasta. There was a lot of cheese, but hardly any sauce. The pasta was dry, and with the lack of sauce, a lot of it was crunchy. At that time, we decided once we arrived to pick up our order, we wanted to add some ice cream-just a couple of scoops in a cup. The girl had a hard time comprehending what we were asking for. Then she was confused with the girl she asked to scoop it for us-they we’re confused on if we had paid for it or not.
Last night we ordered pizza online, and paid it. I wanted to add ice cream scoops, but the only ice cream option online is a shake or malt. So once we arrived at our designated time per the online order, we Went through the prepaid order line at the drive through. She told us our order will be done in 8 minutes. So I asked her if we can add the ice cream, since you can’t order it online. She said she knows it’s not available for online ordering, but she can’t ring it up. My only choice was to pull forward and wait for our prepaid order. There was nobody behind us, don’t understand why she couldn’t ring up an additional, simple order. So that’s what we did-and we waited for 17 minutes before they brought out our order-50% longer than the website said. They offered no apologies or explain action for the longer wait. In a time where many small restaurants are struggling, I expected much better...
Read moreWorst experience ever and will not be going back. Ordered an extra cheese with sausage and pep double crust pizza and had the 10 box tops to get a free cheese thin crust. When we got our order and got home both pizzas were the exact same size (I will include pics). When we called we were hung up repeatedly and when finally getting a manager (his name was Max) we’re told we were liars and thieves just trying to get a free pizza. When I brought in the pics to show absolute proof that the pizza was indeed thin crust was still told somehow it was thick (and obviously with 10 box tops this was not the first time we had been here so we know what a double crust pizza looks like) and he laughed straight in my face. The pizza was even burnt at the ends bruh and that wasn’t even my original problem. The owner then was suppose to contact us back to “resolve the issue” but apparently wasn’t worth there time. Needless to say worst customer service and worst experience for no apparent reason. If this is how they treat there customers when they are wrong I would choose even dominoes over this place....
Read moreOverall good pizza. The thin crust is awful, totally bland and just drenched in flour. The sausage pan pizza is good but I’ve never seen cubes of sausage on pizza before. The stuffed pizzas are expensive but WAY worth the money. They are absolutely HUGE and they weigh a ton! For two people to go in and get two slices of pizza and a fountain drink, Total is $10 FLAT. definitely worth it. Only complaint is that they usually make people wait for more pizza to be ready, and sell the slices before the pizza is even out. There’s VERY limited seating. Would have been more worth it to expand the building with al the renovating that had been done because this place gets super cramped very quickly. It’s also weird to me that there are always like 6 young high school girls who barely can function on their own. It’s like some of them have some of the knowledge needed for a simple transaction and end up having to tag team one order on the register. Legit took TWO girls to make a cannoli for me one time and it was just awful. Good...
