So I have gone to the foxlake taco bell many many times in the last few years and have never had such poor service anywhere as much as I just did tonight by Isaiah Valadez...He is apparently the night time manager.. so I pulled in to the drive through and asked if he can take 2 separate orders ..with a tone he rudely responds saying no..I asked why and he stopped answering me for over 3 mins until he realized I wasnt leaving..then comes back and asks me what I want I again ask him for 2 separate orders and he just keeps replying with what do u want with a snobby tone..now mind you this is all before I even get to say 5 sentences to him..so I continue to ask him about the 2 separate orders which all he would reply to was what do I want so I told him never mind I'll meet him at the window to file a complaint with his manager for the unnecessary rudeness..when I got to the window he refused to even look at the window so I played on my horn until he realized I wasnt leaving again..when he comes to the window he immediately has an attitude and I ask him for the manager which he responds with I am the manager I asked who the store manager is and he at first refused to tell me until I told him I will be back Tomorrow to talk to a store manager and call corporate to file a complaint..he then tells me the store managers name is luis..so I asked him for his name and he again at first refused to give me his name until he says his name is bob..I asked for his last name which he responds saying smith..I new right away he is lieing...after many times of telling him i know he is lieing he finally gives me his name as Isiah Valadez..i tell him i will be coming in Tomorrow to talk to the store manager and calling corporate and then had to drive all the way to round lake taco bell to get the proper service a customer is supposed to have..I will never return to the foxlake tacobell..if they promote people like this guy then I want nothing to do with there food..he was lazy and didnt wanna do his job so how do I know my food is being properly taken care of at...
Read more2023 - This Tacobell is the worst. They should just close up shop and stop being a waste of space & money. Still skimping on everything, today the freeze was only ⅔ filled. 3 burritos each with $3 worth of add on was no bigger than the deflated value burritos. So, another order was put in for ingredients on the side, and the side ingredients cups we got were less that ⅓ filled up, I could literally put all the sides from 3 cups into a single cup with room to spare. The "power bowl" had 5 tomatoes cubes, 3 jalapeños, less than half a tsp of guac, & the black bean were nonexistent, so is was basically just lettuce & rice. 2 people spent over $30 and left unsatisfied & hungry. Any other tacobell we would have spent $20, and would have left with leftovers.
2021 - very disappointing, again. Ordered 3 burritos added 4 or 5 extra ingredients hoping to get it stuffed, as I normally do... turns out they just reduced the amount of all the ingredients to the point I got a deflated tortilla of mostly melted cheeses. They either need new management or they just need to close.
2018 - Horribly disgusting. When rice is crunchy, bean crack, and tortilla crumble... its time for prepare fresh food or leave the business of preparing food... because at that point you are serving nothing more than garbage to...
Read moreI'm not one to put out a bad review but don't go here. Especially for delivery. You will be missing items. This is the second time I was missing something from them. I have only ordered from them twice, so thats enough for me. After I placed the odrer, I called them and the lady was nice said she would make sure it was all there. It wasn't. Called back Tabia answered and she said she was for sure she put it all there. I took a video when we got it from our driver to when we opened the bags and you could see it's was not there. She didn't want to hear it, determined she put all of the items there, so I told her I could send the video, which I can still do, at the end I just wanted the refund because the customer service isn't there. Just rude. Escalated to a place it didn't need to go. Also, my phone records phone calls. If corporate wants it I can send it all. I listened back to it before posting this and I was nice at first until she was rude. Never again will I go back there.
Edit: called corporate and they are giving me the refund. For my cust service rep Matt he was very kind!...
