Our Mom has adjusted very well and is happy to be here. Everyone has been fantastic with her and with us from the initial interview and up to now. Staff is always polite and helpful. They treat Mom and our family with kindness and respect. They make sure we’re kept aware of any issues or if there are changes with treatments or meds. She also loves the food. They offer activities that she enjoys. Especially bingo! Placing her has been one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make. She needs 24 hour care and to be kept safe from wandering off or getting into situations that are dangerous when someone couldn’t be here at home with her. We know she has that there. We can now go to work during the day and sleep easy at night not having to worry...
Read moreI just came home from Broad Mountain! This was my Summer vacation (lol).,the staff on all levels were very nice and helpful. Pt and Ot Dept's helped me get to my goals nursing staff has its share of hard work. Unfortunately, too many people quite because the work is very demanding... This is a major management problem. They do the very best they can do! Very nice people. I felt well cared for while I was there. The patients were very friendly.I feel that the activities people try their best to make all residents feel important and try to keep up morale with fun things to do. Read morethis facility needs alot of work, one supervisor especially on night shift there needs to learn professionalism, confidentiality as well as an overall attitude adjustment. working for this company you will not be heard your concerns and thoughts are depleted by a simple ok. or ill get back to you. Management sucks and i honestly dont see how this place is operating with the issues the building is dealing with. the staff on 2nd shift are veryyyyyyyyyyy loving compassionate and do there best as overnight are not very helpful they talk about each other and dont warm welcome any new comers. i wouldnt even give this...
