Ordered a kitchen table set in December 2020. I paid upfront in cash. Was told told 4 to 6 weeks. 9 weeks went by with no update call on when it would be delivered, so I called to see where my purchase was. Same manager we sold to answerd the phone saying "oh im sorry we should have contacted you, it will be another 2 weeks." This went on for over 4 months without getting a call...we had to call to get the update every time. Then come find out our kitchen table set had been in for a week with no call on arranging delivery and assembly. I found out by accident on the last call I made to them. So i finally got it delivered today. No call to let me know they were on there way and they dropped it off without assembling. They said they "didn't know when they would be back to assemble" and i told them if there not back by the end of the day im demanding a full refund and they can take this furniture back, "im done with them." Im currently waiting to see if they show back up to assemble this kitchen table set today. Regardless if they if they do or not its a 1 star for me as they have horrible customer service. If i hadn't kept calling them, my furniture could have sit in their shop for 2 more months and they wouldn't care because they already had my money. What a slopy outfit they are. Im tired of being expected to be perfect by everyone and then dealing with all these businesses that do whatever they want. Im expected to be professional with the company I work for and the small buisness I own...soo im demanding others that i do buisness with do the same...Shame on these people.    Read moreAlthough I love my furniture (bed frame). I am extremely disappointed with the delivery process. It took the frame at least 15 business days to be delivered okay was warned about that so whatever. But the day of delivery I called Alex at least 5 times to get clarification on when the delivery would take place she explained between 4pm-6pm. So come 6pm STILL NOTHING. I called her again. She said I will see if someone can call you. Come 7pm still no call but they arrived. Now although the men were nice he brings my bed frame up and says are you putting this together?? I said what?? I then call Alex back and ask her what he was talking about. She said we didnât have assembly on there. I said how is that when you seen I was 7 month pregnant wouldâve NEVER turned down a measly $25 assembly charge after spending nearly $800 on just a king size frame!
I was heated, not only are they extremely late but now my bed frame might not get put together at 7pm on a Friday night! So I tell Alex that I need to pay for them to put this together which I should have been asked to pay for the day I bought it!    Read moreOrdered a bed on 11/9 and was told verbally that it would be delivered in 7-14 days. When we got home, the receipt showed delivery within 7-21 BUSINESS days. My bad for not looking, I guess. I called once at the 10 business day mark and was told everything looked on track, but that Alex (manager) would call the warehouse and confirm and call me back. She never called back. I called twice more, always with the promise that she'd call back, but she never did. During my last call, at business day 20 from the order, I was informed that the bed had been backordered and that they wouldn't be able to get it for me. I was offered "reselect or refund" and chose a refund. They charged my card for the full amount at the time of order, so they told me I would be refunded within 14 days. It's day 16, still no refund, so I've filed a dispute with my credit card because I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing. I won't flat out say they are scam artists, but they definitely lack communication (she knew for at least several days before I did that the bed was backordered and they likely wouldn't be able to get it in), and they'll keep your money as long as possible if they ever refund you.
