Now, I am being immensely generous by even giving a ONE STAR.
First, let's talk about the teenage boy with a nasty attitude. Couldn’t even see his name tag or else I would write it. Let’s just call him Karen.
Karen was rude. He and let's call the other teenager, Lisa.
We arrived with at least 40 minutes to eat. Karen had the audacity to look at my aunt and say “Are you going to be out at 9:30?”
When closing is 10 pm. We arrived long before that door was locked and yet they refused to give us the service we paid for.
Me, I ordered and Karen told me “We’ve already put the pizza sauce away” proceeded to smack cheese on a piece of bread. They didn't offer me anything else.
We ordered fries, but they refused to give fries to thefour people who asked for them and we had to ask where they were. They got huffy about having to put more fries on.
My uncle asked for onions, but they refused to give him onions. He said no mushrooms... What do they do? Slap on a ton of mushrooms.
I could keep going on about how they “sprinkled” the steak on the two cheesesteak subs and the same to the chicken and about my Italian classic. Again... No sauce.
Second, the bathroom.
Wow... Who leaves drying urine all over the floor to the point your shoes stick to it?
No toilet paper.
No paper towels.
Barely any soap.
Karen and Lisa didn't just half the job. They didn't quarter it. They .01% of their job and they did it with a bad attitude and lazy work ethic. They shortcut the whole time.
Subway gives you more and actually gives you the service you paid for.
They lost five customers and I am not the only one who will be spreading the word.

I ordered today and Nancy whom took our order was lost and asked me if i could pay for my $68 bill along with Sam the cook whom eventually hung up on me as I called back telling me that my sandwiches was NOT in fact grilled/ toasted which he guaranteed me it would be in fact upon arriving home and discovering differently. I wouldn't have missed it but I had a large order of 6 sandwiches which I suppose is to much for Sam. During the call Sam assured me numerous times my sandwich was grilled/toasted and talked over me. As you can see in the picture it is CLEARY neither. I told him that the bread was like wet dough and his response was and I quote " Our sandwiches Just Like That". Read moreCane into this location on 10-21 2022 for evening meal from one of my once favorite places. I mean when these guys first came to Frankfort they absolutely embodied that East Coast flavor and customer hospitality. But on this evening, upon entry.. the establishment was a lil dirty and needed some tlc. They had one fairly decent and half attentive employee. The other two were lacking to say the least. My sandwich was dry as the Sahara and I'd completely consumed it in it's entirety before I'd finally received my fries a literal 30 min later after they'd been walked past and never dropped a plethora of times and when I did get em they were all fried together in one big mixed clump of half crunchy, half cooked potato full of grease... I'm not sure if ownership has changed hands but if so it DEFINITELY SHOWS SMH TOTALLY...
