Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Frankfort

Worst pizza I've ever had I thought cici's was bad but this place was even worse. Sauce was awful tasted awful like old jar of spaghetti sauce almost all pizzas were over cooked and burnt crust was so thin it was like potato chips breaking in my mouth the supposed 12 different variety choices were dreadful looked unappetizing and what choices were edible never were restocked I literally watched 2 employees take all the pepperoni and cheese in front of my eyes my daughter is super picky won't eat anything but cheese so she couldn't eat anything except for cheese bread while we were there they never restocked pizzas saw a piece of each stromboli never was restocked salad bar was mehh at best the food is way overpriced for what we received were lied to about the prices over the phone only to find out when we're checking out and the price sign is in front and back were you check out so I don't know how an employee can mess that up interior look old decrepit and run down. Tried to to take my daughter to the arcade room and every game was out of order except for the quarter machines worst pizza I've ever had worst buffet over ever bad don't waste your time go the extra mile for gatti town or hell even cici's in Lexington if your planning on going to pizza inn save your money and go eat out of the garbage its free and there's...

In nice terms my experience was horrible!! I go here quite often. We were having my daughter's 2nd birthday party there, and we had ordered pizzas for the kids. The adults were eating the buffet. We had everyone there, waiting to go get their food, when the owner says if EVERYONE is not eating off the buffet, then no body gets the buffet. Well, we came to eat, so we went to get food, obviously going to pay for the buffet. The owner told a family member he could not get the buffet, and go back to the party room with the rest of the family, he had to sit out in the front away from the party, to make sure no one was sharing food off others plates. He even went as far as snatching a plate from my niece who was getting food! He was very rude, and got up in people's face about it! Needless to say, no body got anything to eat. We did cake, presents, and left. I walked out of there In tears from humiliation, and disgust! Me nor my family will be returning! I was expecting much more from this Pizza Inn. I grew up eating at the Pizza Inn in Paducah, KY and man was this a major let down!! First, the management was horrible. We waited on our carry out pizza for over 45 minutes and then the manager said he couldn’t find our order. A waitress had to find it for him. Our pizza lacked sauce and toppings and our chocolate chip pizzert pizza was burnt to a crisp. I asked for one that wasn’t burnt and I received one that was equally as scorched. When we walked in, the manager was sitting at a booth alone and cutting out coupons from ads of various stores. He had a prescription pill bottle on the table and took a few pills. The booth was out in the middle of everyone and and it was very unprofessional. The manager then started to FaceTime someone and carried a loud conversation for others to hear.
