White Castle — Restaurant in Frankfort

We were in line behind several other people. We had our service dog with us without an identifying vest. A worker there, Ashley I think is her name, told us we couldn't have a dog in the lobby, my husband and I both told her the dog was a service animal. She said that she wasn't because she didn't have a vest on or have any kind of credentials. We are not required to have any kind of credentials showing my dog is a service animal.She said we would have to take her outside and that my husband could place an order to go. I took my dog outside and we put a vest and leash on her with service dog on both. We went back in with the dog and placed an order with the intention of eating inside. The order was filled as a to go order. We ate inside with our dog laying under the table. Nothing more was said. People need to be educated about service animals. This girl told us a flat out lie saying she has a service animal and knows the law pertaining to them. Her animal wasn't in the store if this is truly the case. Let me tell you about the fish bites. In my opinion the absolute best item not on the menu that should be! There's nothing out there like them. If there was I'd be buying them. Only deal breaker is that they are seasonal for lent. So after Easter my life won't be the same until next year. Seriously, sell them all year please! Nom nom yum yum oo we.

Store is great since the remodel. Don't know how they did it but it doesn't smell of white castle sliders. You that odor of wet onions that stays with you. My wife can't stand the smell and she couldn't even smell it. Staff was friendly and helpful as usual.

They don't advertise the fish nibblers like the shrimp so you kind of have to know cause it's not on the board. They have a small sign right before the drive thru. I'm rambling just go and get the large sack before they're gone. Always prepared fresh. You won't want to share lol. Thanks White Castle... Now message me the info on your supplier please! Awesome Eats, completely hot and fresh as well‼️ I was really treated so very good here today, it was so nice to be treated right, and I truly felt I was indeed treated correctly as well actually, and to be 💯honest, I did even have a small issue with the app discount I was receiving, and the Manager/Boss Lady super quickly, and seemingly very easily I might add lol, simply corrected the issue with no problem at all, whatsoever, mind you... And oddly enough tho, she even seemed yes, very happy to do it for me as well... (Say What? For Real?) Um, it's confusing I know, but yes, for 💯real...
