For my birthday gift, my daughter set up for us to attend last Thursday evening sound therapy session in the salt room at the Alchemy Lounge in Lehighton with Melissa from Zen with Zegley. The session was awesome and sooo relaxing. We had soo much fun and will be definitely going back for more sessions with Melissa!! Today, I went back for another birthday treat of an Acumassage/Acupressure session (which I never experienced before) with AnShanna-Cyrese. Omgg it was so awesome and I will definitely go back to Anshanna. She is the best!! There are many great wellness services, check them out.
