Archery Addictions — Local services in Franklin Township

We were visiting all the way from Atlanta and we were super excited to try archery. Online this place says that it opens at 12, but that is a LIE. I called around 12:30 and no answer. I FINALLY was able to get someone to answer after multiple attempts around an hour later. The man who answered the phone was short, rude, and asked if we had a groupon. I said that we could get one and he said “fine” and told us to come after 4. We get there and the place is pretty empty (so not sure why we needed to wait so late). A young man who was kind of nice began to give us a lesson when an older gentleman came over. (I am assuming this is who I spoke to on the phone because he was also rude in person). He said that we could have a lesson until he realized we had the groupon and then he said we had to stop and pay first. We came over to pay and he made sure to completely ignore us and help two gentlemen who came in after we did. The young boy then asked what we were waiting for and I told him we thought that we needed to pay. The older man then decides to see us again and informs us our Groupon does not come with lessons. My cousin asks how much in addition the lessons would be and he tells her he is not affiliated with Groupon. We ended up teaching ourselves and having fun anyway, but the service is TERRIBLE! I took my new compound bow to Archery Addictions last year to be set up after I purchased it online on a different site. The guy that helped me set it up was very nice and willing to help I don’t remember his name but he was newer. As he helped me set it up the owner was rushing this guy to set up my bow and rushing him to get me out the door since I didn’t purchase the bow from his store. I paid $60 to have it set up just to find out this year(August 2020) from weaknechts archery that my bow is completely tweaked and that nothing is aligned. And I don’t blame the guy that was helping me... I blame the owner for rushing him to get me out all because I didn’t purchase a bow from him because I found it at a better price else where. And it is bad business when you are paying to have something done right and the owner basically says your time is up when I was willing to pay whatever!
