I've been using Secure Technologies for over 20 years and they continue to impress me.

Peter and Dylan did a wonderful job. They replaced the security panel and doorbell camera that were originally installed by the builder/ADT less than 4 years ago. Half of the functions were not even working correctly and they had no idea how to fix the issues. Peter and Dylan spent the entire morning reconfiguring the entire security system and smart lighting. Everything looks great and functions properly, the way it should have in the first place.

Heather was also a huge help scheduling the install since the original security company would not let me break the contract for 30 days, even though the system was not even functioning.

Our STI installed and monitored smoke detectors set off our alarm when we were away and the fire company was dispatched to find a toilet feed line had broken in our home which got water into the smoke detector causing the alarm. We didn't plan to be home for three more days, so this smoke detector that failed with water saved us three more days of water pouring into the home. In addition, STI was there to guide us on shutting down the alarm system and then following up to replace both of our monitored smoke detectors and resetting the alarm system. The incredible difference in customer service, knowledge and attention to detail is extraordinary. From our first conversation with Heather to when the guys came out to set everything up, top notch. I would never use anyone else again. They were smart, helpful and took the time to really walk us through everything. They won't nickel and dime you with extra fees or equipment you don't need.
