We got our baby groomed for the first time everybody was super friendly. Ember looked amazing. She’s a long-haired shepherd, and I know that she could not have been in better hands. I felt very comfortable leaving here there. It seem that everybody there really really loves their job and loves animals. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my baby. Winnie, looks fabulous! I went in wanting a crew cut but Traci explained that that would not work for her breed because she has a dual layer coat I think? Anyway, so I just asked for the shortest possible cut, wow, did Traci and company deliver!!!!! They even got the hairs growing out between her toes that make her look like a hobbit, and trimmed around her ears. Winnie is a very vocal girl and usually doesn't like people who aren't me, but she warmed up to the staff immediately. Somehow she knew she was amongst dog people. Great experience with the grooming salon. Timely responses to requests for appointments. My dog is very nervous but made quick friends with the staff (unheard of) - they even let me go back with him to keep him calm which was amazing. I normally dread getting his nails trimmed, but I am looking forward to our next visit.

Also, they are pleasant on the phone and very helpful for my special order requests for raw food. They have a great variety of items, staff is friendly, and it's always a pleasure doing...
