My family of 4, lived in Clinton Village Apartments for 5 full years. At first it was OK, but in the meantime a new owner bought the whole complex, so the new management, specifically the new manager named David, was a wonderful, family person and that every single day he was around the complex to serve residents for their eventual needs and to make sure everything is right! He was so careful, that in an emergency moment for an electrical issue, he opened the phone in the middle of the night and came personally to make sure that the problem was solved quickly and correctly. Also Tony was very fair and showed up on time whenever we needed any small repairs! With one word, the whole community that lived there, most of them were families with kids and hard working people. My wife and I loved our newly-renovated unit. The kitchen appliances and cabinetry were all new and very nice. Closets are very spacious as was the living room and bedroom. The very few problems we had were quickly addressed by management and always fixed. The management in general was great- very honest and went out of their way to accommodate us multiple times. They always did right by us. Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable units...
