Jersey Mike’s Subs — Restaurant in Franklin Township

two very friendly employees made fresh delicious sandwiches for myself and one other person on Sunday evening shortly before they closed. they were friendly and professional, and made our sandwiches so quickly that they put Jimmy John's to shame. grateful for the increasingly rare good customer service I saw by these two tonight. thanks so much!

Unfortunately you can post a review without giving an underserved 1 star. I placed an order through the Jersey Mike app at 11:19am. I received a Door Dash notification that my order was being delivered at 12:10. I called the store at 12:20 and was told "that order left 20 minutes ago" I checked the Door Dash link again and it said the driver was waiting for my order at 12:40. At this point I notified my card that the order was never received and disputed the charge. I would advise unless desperate never order from Jersey Mikes!! Unless of course you enjoy being lied to.
