Love the quality of the products at Citi Roots! Best in the Garden State!! I am always fortunate enough to deal with Alan when I stop by the shop. He is an awesome guy and an asset to the dispensary. Not only is he professional and courteous, but his knowledge about all things cannabis related is as impressive as it is helpful. And, Veteran friendly as well. That matters to this Marine. I will continue to happily drive the 20 miles (bypassing a bunch of other dispensaries ) to Citi Roots, whenever I am in need. If you’re a true cannaseur 😉 then you already know, it’s all about the quality. If you are a “Newb” and don’t really know what it is that you’re trying to find, you’ll be in great hands with Alan. Walking into this cute boutique style shop was such a pleasant experience. The service was excellent from start to finish.

Usually I get pretty intimidated walking into dispensaries because I’m not the most knowledgeable when it comes to picking out the right products. I mean the options differ from dispensary to dispensary.

Ahmad took the time out to help me pick out a few items that he’d recommend for a newbie like me. I’m from Chicago and we have so many options here. However, the customer service at Citi Roots left a great impression. The team at Citi Roots was so welcoming, informative and fast. I was in and out in no time.

I went two days in a row and had a good experience both times. It is a discreet place from the outside but the sign is very visible from the main road (and there is a suburban commuter bus that stops here) but the entrance is round the back. The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions happily and kindly.

They gave me a discount on all the purchases I made on my first visit and $5-off coupon in case I come back.

I bought an eighth of a sativa-dominant hybrid (lemon-haze something I think) the first time when I was helped by Adolfo and two pre-rolled's of Hamilton rug (indica-dominant) the second time when I was helped by Alan. Both guys were really nice and kind.
