I recently got my new Rolex Explorer from Fink’s and have to recommend them for their wonderful customer service. I was a very indecisive customer but they went above and beyond to work with me to find exactly what I wanted. I cannot say enough nice things about Janette the store manager. To start any time she is in the store she is the most wonderful and welcoming person ensuring all your needs are met. I started my Rolex journey in April when I first decided I wanted an Explorer for my upcoming birthday in July. I knew a Rolex would require a wait so I went in and met with a sales associate to build my profile. I decided I wanted a steel Explorer 36. A classic and understated watch with a great history. I know there was no exact time line when buying a Rolex but said ideally I would like one in late summer. Very surprisingly a few weeks later I got a call that they had a watch in and wanted to offer it to me. I was not planning to buy anything until July and I had recently been looking at the two tone Explorer so I made the decision to pass on the watch and ask to continue to wait for a two tone Explorer. I have seen many stories online saying turning down an offer from an AD is the biggest mistake you can make and you will never be offered another watch. However, I believed Fink’s was an upstanding business and would not treat customers in such a poor manner. As my birthday got closer I started looking at more models and decided I also liked the Yacht Master 40 as well. I went back to the store again to update my profile and said that now I wanted a Yacht Master or two tone Explorer whichever came in first. By the time July came I had not received a call for either watch. I untimely decided I really liked the classic style of the steel 36 Explorer so once again reached out to my sales associate to update my profile but didn’t hear back. I then reached out to Jeanette directly to follow up. She informed me my original associate was no longer working there and connected me with Brock. I had Brock update my profile and after just a few weeks he called with the great news that they had a watch to offer me. I am so grateful that they worked with me while I kept changing my mind.
