I've been to Condado Tacos finally after putting it off and I've been consistently impressed with the food, the service, and the atmosphere.
The tacos are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the customization options are endless. You can choose your own protein, toppings, and sauces, so you're sure to find a taco that you love. I've tried a few different tacos, and my favorites so far are the chicken tinga, the carne asada, and the shrimp and avocado.
The nachos are also amazing. They're made with house-made chips, and you can load them up with all your favorite toppings. I like to get mine with chicken tinga, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole.
The service at Condado Tacos is always excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they're always happy to help you customize your order.
The atmosphere at Condado Tacos is casual and fun. The restaurant is decorated in a modern, industrial style, and there's a great atmosphere for people-watching.
I was really surprised at how good Condado Tacos was. I went in with low expectations, but I was completely blown away by the food, the service, and the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Condado Tacos to anyone looking for a great meal in a fun and casual setting.

Read moreI researched the restaurant and decided to visit based off reviews. I placed an online order for a steak burrito with a Dr. Pepper. Once I walked it I stood at the check stand for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I saw the drink sitting there and that’s it. As soon as another party walked in the host immediately walked up to greet them. She turned to me and said I’m sorry have you been helped. I said no but I was waiting on my order. She left and sat the party and I continued waiting another 5 minutes. Eventually, I saw a bust boy walking by and asked him to check on my food. He came back out a few moments later with a brown paper bag which was not my order. So I personally walked back to the kitchen and begged for my food so I could leave for work. I guess she was a kitchen manager stepped out and said “we no longer have any steak.” I’m sitting there in amazement that no one thought it was important to call and inform me. My number was on the order. They did offer to replace it with shredded beef. I asked someone else who was casually walking by about chips and salads. She said it didn’t come with my order but she’ll get me some for my trouble. Finally someone put out effort. Once she realized I was struggling to carry my burrito and nacho box she did offered me a bag. She was nice and redeemed herself but this was by far one of the most humiliating experiences I’ve encountered any Franklin restaurant thus-far. Maybe it’s a race thing because it’s been happening more frequent now. Even after all that I only had 3 bites of the burrito because of the disappointing taste and just threw it away. Nachos were hard, cold and bland. Very disappointed overall. Don’t trust the reviews everyone has...
Read moreMy family and I enjoy going to restaurants at 4pm, with an autistic child who can only sit for so long it’s the best time to go out, eat and leave before we have a meltdown. That being said, we visited Condado Tacos on a Saturday at 4pm, there were about 5 tables occupied at the time we were seated. We should have seen red flags at the door when the person who “greeted” us was apathetic at best, we were sat without being asked if we had a preference for outside or not, we waited almost ten minutes before we even had someone stop at our table to grab a drink order, meanwhile I saw people standing about talking. When someone did finally acknowledge our table we got our drink order and then came ANOTHER long wait before we could even order an appetizer or our food. The food didn’t take too long, but the tacos were mediocre, just about a rung above Taco Bell (no hate to Taco Bell, it got me through many hangovers in my 20’s) the smoked cheese we ordered was delicious and so were the tortilla chips as well as the elote, one of which was not delivered to us, the queso, chips and elote are the only reason I didn’t give this review one star. I don’t know if it was a shift change, I don’t know if they didn’t have enough servers on the floor, I don’t know if they’re just too “hip” to care but we definitely won’t be back. This place is more suitable for people who can lounge, enjoy a drink (if they can get it) and have the time to wait around for someone to decide to give them service. It disappointing to be excited about a new taco place only to be...
