Franklin Park & Recreation — Local services in Franklin

We called to see if the Basketball courts would be open for our boys to play. The Lady tells us they would be open until 8pm that day.We came from West of Indy to get all the way to Franklin, we arrived 10 minutes til 5pm . I said before we paid, "so they will have the court up until 8pm", and she says, with Absolutely no emotion, as if we were not welcomed, that it will close at 5:30pm ....and we were furious...we went on to say we called and the Lady said the courts would be open until 8pm, and she, replied by saying how much it would cost, as if we didn't even say, we were told one thing...when it was another thing. We explain again that we came from the west side, and that's why we called first, and she again proceeded to tell us the price again....as if she could care a less. So upsetting. Poor customer service, the young lady made us (another race )...feel discriminated against, and she could have cared a less that we traveled all that way. They even laughed at us as we were leaving. I will never understand it. But i most DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FRANKLIN RECREATION...

I love this place how everybody is welcome here. The price is very good for what you are getting. Only downfalls is you have to pay for whole amount upfront for the year. And some of the equipment in the fitness room is outdated however it still gets the job done. Everybody is very friendly...
