Mark was so professional and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, and watching him I saw that he took the time and did the job right! And when he came back after he left the first time, with the supplies he needed earlier, the same day he finished the job he started! Very impressive how he stayed with the job and finished it before he moved on to the next. Very good company overall. I would recommend them to anybody that has any kind of pest and bee issues also! I have had several different technicians over the years, but all of them have been very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. And they always completed the job well above satisfaction! I had Irish Brothers out last year due to an ANT problem Ants were all over my kitchen, and getting in the trash cans. They were really a class act. Their rep explained to me about the different ants, how he was trying to trace back to the colony, and what the product did that he would be applying. The ants stopped, but I saw a few a couple of weeks later. No questions asked. He was back out there, and he did some additional analysis.

From that point, we have been ANT FREE!!!

It's now been a year, and I still have yet to see an ant in this house!

I just started using this company last year to help with a wasp issue we had. We got on their seasonal plan to have regular treatments and the difference was night and day. We only had one reoccurrence recently and they immediately sent someone out. Then one of the owners himself (Josh I believe) showed up a week later to check to make sure the issue was taken care of and that we were happy.
