I went to this store for a gift for my husband for fathers day. Went in on June 12th. They did not have the item I wanted, they suggested I order it. I did and was told two weeks. That would have been fine but 3 months later Sept 9th I finally received the item. Scott the owner was almost impossible to get a hold of and when I did I got "oh just give me more time" and "it will be just a couple of weeks". He begged me for more chances to get this item with no extra compensation for me. My husband lost the whole summer of having his gift in our yard. An ice cream cone when I came in today to pick it up would have meant the world to me. He only said to me" thanks for being patient" which is nice for maybe a month wait but not 3 months. I will never shop here again nor will my family and friends. I love to shop local that is why the two weeks or even a month would have been acceptable to me. I could have ordered it from Amazon and had it in two days, just in time for Father's day but I chose to order it. It also would not have been so bad if Scott had called me to let me know things were not going well with my order. I called him 4 weeks after the order and he was not aware of the problem at this time. Very little care for customers that have orders that don't come...

My brother ordered a P-51 Model of Rednose (clear canopy) two years ago. Initially he claimed the P-51 "Redtail" was in process even though the invoice clearly stated "Rednose". I sent him several pictures of the actual aircraft and were told it would be delivered before Airventure 2017. No delivery! We received several promises (excuses) since then. He stated that the model would be delivered soon (around Airventure 2018). We also confronted him at Oshkosh this year and were told it would be delivered in September. No delivery! We will have to ask for our money back as well. I would NOT RECOMMEND this vendor...

I paid $424.95 for a model of my plane at Airventure 2014. I never received it and have tried for two years to get this resolved. At Airvernture this year, 2016, I approached Scott and asked him about it, gave him a copy of the receipt, by email, and he said he would look into it.
