After you place an order they will send you a written conformation of your order. After you "OK" that, then they will send you mock ups of your order so you can see what your finished shirts will look like. Once you're satisfied with that, then they will produce your shirts. I found Logo Shirts online a few years ago. I ordered some work shirts with my company logo and they turned out perfect. Now fast forward 2yrs later which is 2023 and I needed more shirts. I could remember my user name or anything. I happened to find an old email from them and gave them a call. They still had the details of my original order from 2yrs ago.
