Regarding food lion groceries,Recently added hot bar was ok, but ongoing construction for many months is unsettling have to drive cart over uneven plywood floors month after month with no end in site, complete disrespect by minimum wage baggers last 3 visits, again today no pride in job, no effort to bag stuff in order of unload by customer (group cold items together and separate from dry and you expect them to be bagged separately vs haphazardly), I even put reusable shopping bags between cold and dry food to separate and still resulting in our of order bagging, intentionally sent eggs and food bar box last on belt for special attention and bagger hurled eggs in baggers op of already full reusable bag from 2 feet away, then turned food bar box with wet runny Chinese food vertical in 2nd reusable shopping bag, wanted bagged separately, then vertical into cart where liquids immediately ran out and contaminated other items in shopping bag while I was paying, scolded employee to pay attention but she was totally clueless with no desire to do a good job 😵‍💫, bag your own items if you shop here and care how your expensive groceries...

We went grocery shopping at the Food Lion. The store was very clean. All the shelves and sections were stocked. The cashier we had was new on the register. His scale was not working properly. A supervisor came over to offer assistance. She was not able to get it working. We were charged $1.00 per item that needed to be weighed for a price. The restrooms were also available for public use. Alcoholic beverages sold here. Beer and wine to name two. Prices were better here than at home. I highly recommend this...

They have a few hard to find items, like Bells Seasoning. (This review was probably Nov. 2019 and referred to Bi-Lo). Store in this Plaza I went to today is now owned by Food Lion. There are other stores such as ABC Liquors (yes I go get Bailey's infrequently). Food Lion is kind of different from Bi-Lo, but still reasonably priced. Amount of quantity of stock on shelf is reduced, quantity of produce also is reduced, but food product...
