PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!! DO NOT EAT HERE! You will regret it. We have eaten here several times in the past and it used to be (a few years ago) our favorite Thai. Now, it's horrible. We didn't pay much attention when we were first seated, expecting it to be like it was a few years ago. Well, while we were waiting we started looking around and the place was filthy. Carpet so dirty you can't tell what color it's supposed to be. Hard floors with spills and filth and nasty all over. Grease trails coming out of the kitchen. The scrawny nasty looking waitress was taking money and serving food without washing hands in between. Not that it would have mattered the soap dispenser was not working and they have 1 bathroom for both men and women. Yuck. We didn't know this until too late and husband ended up very sick. She was playing with her hair and who knows what else. So if you want to eat from her poopy hands, go ahead. Menu was very confusing as it had been written over multiple times and sticky notes sticking to it. We just turned to the page we needed to order from and tried to figure things out. They were also out of items. Come to find out they are scamming people left and right. They have MASSIVELY increased prices, even far above what we pay in our other state where living cost is extremely high compared to here. Husband's dish was clearly marked $10.50. Plus an upcharge of $1.50. Mine was a cup of soup for $4.50. We got water to drink. We aren't poor or cheap, this is just what we wanted. You add it up. When we got to the register to pay, the bill was over $23. Not sure about you but when I went to school, that didn't add up. When we brought this to the attention of our waitress, she turned into an evil goul. With flashing eyes and very mean attitude. Then her boyfriend came over to back her. They were trying to tell us that they had increased prices and kept pointing to a piece of paper taped to the register area facing the cashier, that no customer has access to. I explained to them that you can't advertise one price and charge another. They then "threatened" to call the owner. I laughed and asked them to please go get the owner. Well that was just as bad. The owner came out and was trying to justify everything by saying the waitress was supposed to point out that there was a price increase but I was expected to choose my meal without knowing exactly what the new price. I explained to her that it was illegal to do that. She kept saying that they hadn't got all the menus changed yet, but still expected us to pay the "new"price. We told them no. The waitress was so angry by this time she was spitting fire. She was hateful and snarkly said "I'll pay the difference" Imagine her shock when we took her up on it. She truly did not expect that. But we were not paying it. We were going to pay the advertised price. She then struggled to add everything up and still managed to overcharge us but by then we were so fed up with the whole situation we paid and left. Never again will we step foot...
Read moreSunday, weird 🤔. Aside from this guy in a bath robe and crocks in the back corner with his briefcase and black personal purse. Nothing to see there..lol two tables moved away. We ordered pho. Sat over an hour waiting. Drinks came left unfilled. Appetizers too... no clearing of table or waitress attentive. After seeing two tables served that came in after us. We'd sat watched them eat. We called over our waitress and enquired of where our soup was. Facts are it does not take an hour to make. Or the fact those two tables had the same we'd ordered. The waitress forgot to turn in the ticket.. still sitting where she'd laid it down. 😕 I paid for our drink n Appetizer....and left in a hurry as to not cause a scene. I called the manager/owner. Being a regular we know the usual reasons she's tossed out before. We also know the fact that the ticket wasn't turned in. She is the cook, manager, and owner she just work da back. So I've called her and told her what I'd observed and how I'd felt the service wasn't the best. Especially when two tables after us are near done and I'm still waiting on my food an hour later. The owner did not acknowledge what I was saying due to a language barrier issue. She hung up after repeating herself she has no control over the front of her restaurant. She just fill da ticket in order on board. Again she'd not acknowledged it never made it to the board for her to fill it. Nor did she acknowledge the waitress made a mistake. In return she never apologized nor seemed understanding of her customers and needs. She hung up rudely. Never having got that an hour long wait on food, after two tables with same order on some, was almost done.... is too long to wait. By then we were very disappointed on a Sunday where options are low. Will I return, not likey. It isn't just the rude owner. It's the environment. It's cluttered, dusty, and molded... the roof is falling in and the smell hidden by the orchids, dirt and dust. Sneezing the whole time. The tables are not even clean. It isn't my recommendation 😕 to eat in this unsanitary place. The owner doesn't SEE.... anything wrong with her behavior or the condition in which she serves food. 🤔 Maybe she should not try all the jobs and stick to one.. being spread out and not focused can cause things like the above experience. Also when is the last time you've washed the walls or painted? Those floors... and ceiling say alot! The bathroom was also unsanitary with paper products, smell, and divine dingy floor. Over all experience was less than appealing! But I'm sure the owner was also over cleaning as well. Sunday on...
Read moreWe have been coming here for years and understand the food takes a while to cook/prepare the food. However, we were waiting well over an hour for our food and had to take it togo. We sat there and watched multiple togo orders go out the door and people that were just sat, getting their appetizers (it took over 30 minutes to get our appetizers). And yes I know some people called it in but there were some that came in to order and left with food before we did. The young male that was waiting on us was extremely rude and when I tried explaining this to him he rudely handed me the food and then told us if we had a problem with it then don’t come back! Definitely not how you talk to people. The whole situation could have been avoided if he would have communicated with us and not been rude and deliberately avoiding our table. Honestly it was like he forgot to put our order in and his way of handling it was avoiding...
