I originally came to this business to make a sign for the Army unit I was in while on active duty. But I felt like I was rubbed wrong by the staff there. Felt like they did not want to service me. So I left. Fast forward a few weeks and I decided to come back. So I swallowed my pride and still made the order. So I did. Still felt the same by both the gentlemen working there and the lady as well but oh well I just wanted my old Army motto made. Fast forward to today. Almost four weeks later I still have not heard from them nor has the motto with 13 letters in it has still yet to be made. I checked on the status twice and both times I was turned around.
