I did an online order for 2 whopper meals with cheese, and 2 sides salads. I pull up to the drive through at 428 and get asked hold. At that moment there was at least 3 cars in front of me so I was okay with holding. 20 minutes later I finally get to the window, 15 of which there was no longer anyone in front of me. I sit there for maybe 5 minutes and get asked to pull up. Sit for another 20 minutes. At 5:01 I watched as another car get they're order and leave the drive though window while I'm still siting here waiting on mine and another car behind me waiting as long as I had been waiting. So I call the store to see what's going on. The guy who answered the phone didnt really sound professional and when I told him I had been waiting for over 20 minutes and just watched someone else leave with they're food all I was told was that someone was coming. It’s obvious if your drive-through is closed and you pull up to the door and you’re staring at them that you would like to go to the restaurant. Like duh. No sign on the door that says the inside is closed or anything. it’s rude to not let your customers know what is going on and of course they don’t answer the phone. I noticed none of the restaurants in Franklin that are fast food ever...
