Financial specialist was rude and poor customer service and didn't know how to do her job clearly she is new. As many years we shopped here and paid everything off and never missed a payment, we went into get other items as we always do and never had a issue renea has always been awesome and the best person to us when purchasing something and our items and the manager has always helped us and been awesome also and we never had issues until today and they lost loyal paying customers all bc of someone who can't do her job and has terrible customer service and takes advantage of people. We never had to pay down a big amount and she was trying to take us like we never done this before we're not stupid nor will taken advantage of. Rena, is my sales representative. She always providing excellent service, very attentive to my needs & concerns. I can't speak for anything else until I started my payments to receive additional services & concerns. I haven't dealt with them in years. Update 05-14-22 Rena is still with the company. Still smiling & providing excellent service to fit the customer needs. I only saw one loader from previous years. I can't think of their names but they both was very helpful fixing & delivering the merchandise. On this particular visit, I picked up my merchandise & they assured it was properly secured. I may later add their name. Overall, everyone provided good customer service & a welcoming environment. Wish for future reference that Schewels will made a survey to implement each department for customer service that was used...

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of walking into my local Schewels location and immediately being greeted by the associates/sales representatives. Everyone was so pleasant and very helpful. I did not get my sales representative name or at least I don't remember her name, however, she was a pleasure to work with. She was able to get me exactly what I came in the store.
