They keeps the food stocked on the bar, cookie always being cook freshed, some cleaning needs to be done after each sandwich (CLEAN WORKSTATION) or if you mess clean it up clean behind yourself. It needs to be a routine to maintain a clean & healthy environment especially around foods. I wouldn't put in an order the app, they're sloppy & heavy on the ingredient/condiments from my experience. It's best to see how they prepare your sandwiches & tell them how much is needed on the sandwich. The award cards helps, along with daily coupon especially if you're buying for more than one person. Overall, with these changes & courtesy to accommodate people if items isn't available (mustard, used the package) I think it can be better services & business. A lot has changed since the pandemic, maybe before then. Attitude & negative energy. You can feel someone causing problems as customer are turning away from the business. And both times have been the same sandwich, a stake and cheese on Italian toasted, white cheese, spinach, tomatoes, red onion , olives, banana peppers and green peppers , mayo and chipotle southwest dressing. First round I was given a meatball sub. Went to return it everyone was friendly besides the guy who made it who apparently gave my sub to someone else. Second time I ended up with the steak and cheese but with cucumbers, tomatoes, spinach and red wine vinegar! How does that even happen? They're were no cars in the parking lot so definitely not busy. Both times. And it was an online order so the ingredients are right there on the printout receipt as it's being made and the same guy made it. Subway you need to train your employees better. I hadn't even approached the counter yet and the guy behind the counter (who is very difficult to understand) asked me if I wanted a footlong or 1/2 sub. I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. I still had not even looked at the menu. Before I could answer him he asked if I wanted it toasted or not. I had to ask him to hold on a moment since I wasnt sure what I even wanted yet...I was planning on a salad, not a sub. Talk about being rushed!
