I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at your store, thanks to Ryan. My spouse and I were in need of new phones, and even though it was almost closing time, Ryan went above and beyond to assist us.
Despite the time constraints, Ryan patiently listened to our needs and preferences, guiding us through the selection process with expert knowledge and professionalism. He took the time to address all of our questions and concerns, ensuring that we felt confident in our decision.
What truly stood out was Ryan’s willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Despite the store nearing closing time, he never once rushed us or made us feel like an inconvenience. Instead, he remained focused on providing us with the best possible service, even staying past closing to finalize our purchase and ensure that everything was set up to our satisfaction.

She suggested I get rid of my voicemail altogether until I informed her that I couldn't, due to medical and professional reasons. I mentioned that people left me inconsequential voicemails like the one I was currently having a problem with. She said to me verbatim that I was an "unhappy girl." She failed to fix my phone and turned it over to another employee. He was able to fix it briefly, but after two hours the bothersome notification returned.

Read moreMy 84 y/o mom got a new cell phone as a birthday present. We took it to the store in Sussex NJ to be activated. I told them I would put in her contacts manually since she had a handful and to save her money. We were told they would NOT activate her phone unless she paid the $25 fee to switch her contacts AND a $35 activation fee. We walked out. We went to the Franklin store and were greeted by Donna after she was done with another customer. What a pleasure she was friendly, knowledgable and awesome. No charge for ANYTHING!
