I have never had a bad experience here and my boyfriend and I continue to go here, which is why I will not give low stars. We purchased our regular peach Hyde vapes, when we went to purchase the VIP tickets for the upcoming event we then needed cash from the atm. Upon returning to purchase the VIP tickets with our cash, we waited 10 minutes while another customer was helped and were told “ill be right with you guys”, then as the customer checked out and we were stepping up to pay, the guy AFTER us chimes in saying he needs to go to work so he needs to go next. The guy AFTER him then says the same thing, placing US in last place? we were first. Please get this woman trained on correct help because we will not be visiting on these days specifically to avoid her. Amazing Vape Shop. The best in the area and dare I say in the state. The prices cannot be beat, and there is always a deal going on for juices or hardware. Their house juices are a staple of my vaping life! You can call ahead and pick them up or try them in the shop and have them made quickly while you wait. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The owner, Cindy, is always happy to have you in the shop and welcomes your canine companions with open arms at any time! My boy loves visiting the Vapor Room just as much as I do and there is always a staff member at the ready with treats and lots of love for him. You, honestly, cannot go wrong with the vapor room.
