5pm - Started order by asking if they delivered bc i could p/u, she said they did. Place an order amounting to $96.03. She says on cc and asked how much tip. Happy that they delivered, i added a $20 tip. Order will be to us in 45 min. 1hr goes by, i call, and am told they need 30-45min! I could have picked order up already!!! Food arrives about 20 minutes later. .. no rice, no wontons, no sauces!!! I call again and she says he will deliver... 30 min have now passed. Tried calling again and it just rings and goes to an unestablished voicemail. It is now 2hrs and 15min from when i initially placed order. I am beyond disappointed! They happily charged my debit, and the order is not complete!!! I will definitely dispute the charge. Unexceptable!!! I understand it is a friday evening, but get your act together!!! I don't care how busy you are!! Just do your job. No excuses!!! I will NEVER order from this poorly run restaurant again!!! So much more to add, but to keep yourself sane, i recommend finding ...

I am sick to my stomach! I can't fathom how disgusted I am. My wife ordered 2 wonton egg drop mix soup with pork and spinach added to it. I have ordered from here for 7 years. I got to the end of my bowl of soup and saw something dark and weird. Scooped it out and put on a paper towel. I took a picture and used bixby to identify it and the results are showing me its a roach!! I called Asia Lee and told them I have been ordering to go for 7 years from them and told them I found a roach in my food. They said I am sorry we have never had that happen before. They just told me to go on Doordash and request a refund and if it doesn't go through to call them back. I understand I used the App to order this time instead of picking up but seriously you couldn't offer to refund us instead of going through the App after finding a ROACH in the food you served me!! I spend easily over $150 to $200 a month from this establishment and today will be the end of that. I will try to see how I can add the picture of the roach...

I ordered the dragon and the Phoenix. The batter on the shrimp was like you were eating a tough hush puppy. The shrimp encapsulated in the dough was 1 inch long and 1/2 wide. The batter surrounding the tiny shrimp was 2 3/4 inches by 1 inch. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! Half of my meal was garbage and I paid for a FULL entree. When my husband was ordering sh ordered by number (because numbers were next to the name of the entree) the woman who answered the phone said “I dont know what that is” my husband then read the description and the woman VERY RUDELY stated “Next time say the name!” I can assure you we will NEVER spend one red cent in your restaurant ever again. I also want half of the entree price reimbursed. I will gladly return your “hush puppies” back to you. They are garbage. They weren’t even cleaned. I have pictures showing EXACTLY what...
