Bear Den Grille — Restaurant in Franklin

I usually dont post reviews but, it's still bothering me. My extended family and I went to the Mothers day buffet for a 3pm seating. We arrived and were seated on time. When we went up to start our dinner we noticed quite a few chafing dishes were empty or very picked over. Even salads and veggies where scarce. We took what was available and thought they would replenish it. That was not the case. As we were eating the servers were breaking down the empty tables. We asked for more of whatever was missing what was missing, we got a few . Then the dessert table was completely empty as was the 2 coffee urns. I had to ask for dessert to be put out. They then brought us individual cups of coffee out. When I asked for more milk, I was told they couldn't put another tiny pitcher out until the one we had was empty. . There was a half teaspoon left in it. The milk pitcher was about 3 inches tall and held about 1/4 cup. All in all for almost 500 dollars for 7 adults and 2 paying children I felt this was not worth the money. We were seated at TABLE 18 FOR3...

Nice bar restaurant at the end of a round. We were there on a Wednesday and it was empty. We order BBQ knowing that it was not going to be fresh as the grills were not going. That said the brisket and pulled port were still good. The sweet potato fries were good as well. Little crispy. We both should have order the bbq souce on the side. Too much on for our taste but we should have asked. Great bar with a large selection of whiskey and bourbon. Service was great too. I would go back. Like to see how it is...
