In your response, you completely ignore the fact that I sent you a number of emails that were never responded to in your review response you said it was received Monday night, which is it?? You also told me you knew yesterday that the part wasn't in stock but you never called me even on Tuesday morning you didn't call me I had a call you!!!! Your agent was loud and nasty, I think your being defense because that agent was you. Your response was inaccurate and self serving. When your screw up at a business ( and of course it happens ) admit it, apologize, and be polite and professional. If you had this review wouldn't have been written. I ordered a small light on Friday August 16, I emailed them about a delivery ETA and I was never contacted back three days later on Monday. I emailed them again because he they never responded to my first email although I had a receipt that they received it., once again, they didn't respond. I made a phone call to them on Tuesday morning where I was placed on hold while they investigated it and found out they didn't have any of the product in stock even though they showed stock on their website, they took my money for and were not getting anymore in. Never responded to any of the emails never called me to tell me and I had the nastiest customer service representative on the phone that I've dealt with in a long time now I had to go through PayPal to make a claim to get my money Back. customers should read though you reviews this doesn't seem to uncommon...

Ordered them mid morning on Friday checked the tracking information on the parts on Monday an showed it had not been shipped so I called them late Monday and was told it's the post offices fault then all of a sudden the parts were shipped out on Wednesday of the following week. Called to ask why after I called it was all of a sudden shipped and the lady became rude on the phone and hung up on me. Now because I planned ahead for parts that were available and they dropped the ball now I may be shoveling over 30 accounts for snow because I can't lift my plow onto my truck. I would highly consider doing business with another company over the rude receptionist on the phone. This review doesn't even deserve a one star.
Update. My switch showed up and to make sure I had it by the time I needed it they sent me another switch with a faster delivery date. So I will change my review from a 1 to a 4 for them taking care...

After not receiving a shipment confirmation, my Husband called on Wednesday to make sure they had shipped. The lady assured him they shipped on Tuesday. Fast forward to Friday and we still haven’t received our switches. When I called I was transferred to a man that said they never shipped because they are on back order until Sept 11th.
