I really enjoyed coming year with my six-year-old son he had an absolute blast with all the state-of-the-art equipment. And I do appreciate the attentive lifeguards are on duty I think that's great. Also really took interest in one of the lifeguards was a teenage girl who apparently was having a badd day in this basically screaming out the orders everyone from her chair which was not a badd thing chook is keeping a watchful eye. But if I can offer a suggestion, While keeping an eye on all the other kids I also think it's good to keep an eye on kids even at a high school level the example I'm talking about is the high school girl that was wearing a bikini that wouldn't be fit for maxim magazine in the high school boy horn dog that was all over the whole time that's really not something you want the younger kids to be watching this...

I have been coming to the Rec-center to workout and swim throughout my entire life growing up. I find it extremely discriminating for a much older women to come up to me in an extremely rude manner, and tell me that I am showing to much skin. While I happen to be wearing a workout shirt along with workout sweats. She proceeded to yell at me in front of the entire gym, and had threatened to kick me out. I find it so disgraceful to a women’s body for another women to say rude things about another’s body. It would be so much different if she had politely told me the rules. Instead felt the need to yell at me in front of the entire gym that she was going to kick me out. So hurt and upset by this situation, especially watching her not say anything to the older ladies in the gym but saying and threatening...

I would give them zero or negative Stars if I was able to. The so called life guards (who are nothing more than children themselves) don't enforce any of the rules so trying to get into the hot tub or the steam room without a bunch of little kids is almost impossible. They say they're open until 9:00 but they shut the pool down at 8:30 and wouldn't even allow my wife and I to go in the steam room for 15 minutes after our workout before going home. The only reason we ever used this place to begin with was because it was close to home. My wife says Brighton rec center is twice the rec center this place is and actually enforces the rules with hot tub and steam room.
