Good morning! I just wanted to let you know how your company handled an issue I had last night with a order I placed for delivery. On 1/31/25 @4:34 , I placed an order for delivery, and that delivery was to be delivered at 7:00pm ( giving 2 1/2 hours notice ) . At 7:10 pm I called the restaurant to ask if there was an update on my order and the girl that answered said it was out for delivery and should be to me any minute . At 7:29pm the driver finally arrived , once at the door the driver didn't say anything other than mumbling something under his breath the whole time ....not once apologizing for the delay or any explanation at all. Once inside we sat down to enjoy our dinner only to find out entire order was not hot , it was maybe room temperature at best . I completely understand that things happen and don't go as planned sometimes but if that was case why not apologize and say that and give so kind of explanation. Fortunately you got my business as I received your mail pamphlet in the mail 2 days before my order and that is what our family was looking forward to for dinner for those 2 days , we are always looking to support small businesses and would prefer to give our money to those but unfortunately, your business fell short . I do hope you can train your team to do much better job from start to finish . If the girl that answered the phone would have explained that something had gone wrong in the beginning ( I'm guessing that is what happened because why else would it be a half hour late ) and then when you hire someone to have face to face interaction with people that person needs to talk to those people ....and if you are going to serve hot food make sure it's hot or at least hotter than room temperature . This is just my opinion on what happened and maybe I'm wrong but I think they made our order , boxes it all up and forgot about so it sat there getting cold , then when I called the girl on the phone say that my order was just sitting there , called the driver to come get and deliver my order , the driver came and got it and then delivered it which all took place in that 30 minutes (late ). But again that is my opinion of what happened and can only guess because no one said anything when I called to check where my order was at or was handed my actual order...

Ordered pizza for delivery for dinner (ordered in the afternoon to be delivered at 5:45pm, called 3 times to find out where the pizza was and was told it's out for delivery, 3 times. Pizza never shows up, finally gave up. Reach the manager who says the order must have gotten lost in the system or something, sorry and goodnight. That's it, that's his response. Needless to say we won't be getting pizza at work anymore so we all lose. Thanks Bash's management (or lack there of) Sad part is most of the reviews with low stars is this same problem, ownership should seriously look into the ordering and delivery system, then try to take care of customers, the reviews would be much higher if they only...
