While their work is fine, they made mistakes on an important project for us and would not fix it- we had to pay out of pocket for the fix! Additionally, they are often very rude and sassy, both to the principal designer and her employees. For the amount of business we have done with them, you would think they would treat their customers with respect. We will not be using their services again!

Update: Our clients are extremely unhappy, and we have spent $100,000 dollars with your company. You didn't even have the decency to show up for our meeting on a $6000 project. The people who came to pick up the couch even also yelled at the client! You never offered to fix anything for free, and said you would be charging extra to fix your own mistake, because an outdated drawing was used instead of the most recent...

These folks are stellar experts! Rusty was forthcoming about the value of my wing-backed chair & re-upholstering vs. buying new. Kate’s intuition about my fabric & texture preferences was darn near psychic! She’s amazing in a world of overwhelming choices. The final product is just gorgeous & matches my cashmere Indian rug down to the thread!! The workmanship is absolutely artistic....& they replaced the damaged legs of the chair (all 4!!) for no extra charge so that it would “look right”....awesome & unbelievable!! I used Rusty's for the first time in April and in the words of The Terminator, "I'll be baaaaack!" I was blown away when I picked them up this week. The attention to detail was not overlooked, even for a simple job of redoing 4 camper dinette cushions. The 2 back cushions were a variegated material. The pattern was matched front to gusset to back. The 2 seat cushions were a floral pattern and the pattern was perfectly centered on the cushions, top and bottom.
