My 14 year old granddaughter and I got our nose pierced. This was a special thing between a granddaughter and grandmother. We came to Ink Well to get it done and had the best experience. They added that little extra to our experience. Everyone in the shop was very professional, went above and beyond to make feel comfortable. They make you feel like they have known you forever! The lady who done our piercings was outstanding, she joined in with our excitement laughing with us, even with making my nervous chuckles a little less nervous! One tattoo artist was there interacting with us... We felt very comfortable and wasn't as nervous! I would highly recommend them. I did what was required to schedule an appointment since they came on good recommendations from somebody that I knew locally. the art seemed good and I just needed a simple color fill-in and some touchup work… They said they were booked 3 to 4 weeks out & I said fine give me a date so they gave me a date and said it was an $80 minimum. I said fine I can do that as well… When it gets to my schedule date I get a message that they’re booked & overscheduled and they can’t do my fill in color… How is it my fault and why do I not get my turn I was willing to pay and I waited until the date that THEY scheduled… This place needs to get their act together and manage their time and schedule better… Horrible...

Got my nose pierced a few days ago at this place. The staff was very nice and friendly. They take things seriously there when it comes to piercing. Tip of advice, you can choose which color of nose stud you can get, so make sure you know what color you want before because I didn’t and it took me a solid 10 minuets to pick out a color.
