If I could put 0 stars. I would. I cannot express how much I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. It is FAR OVERPRICED. I have now had two prom dresses done here. The first year the 3 inch hem was fine, but 65$. This year I paid 70$ for a 6 inch hem, that was never hemmed. It was a straight. Loose. CUT. When I say cut I mean I could’ve taken scissors to it myself and it would’ve been the same. The dress started to unravel the day I brought it home.

The roads to get there. Are HORRENDOUS. Her road alone is terrifying and not something built for small everyday cars. They are coarse dirt/gravel roads with NO SERVICE. I got my car stuck on her road (as a teenager driving alone to drop off my dress) and had no way of even making or putting out a call to anyone.

I will be taking my dress to a SECOND alterations company to FIX her mistakes. Save your money. Go...

One of the worst unprofessional experiences I have ever had. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had taken my wedding dress to her and she had it over a month and did nothing to it. I went for my first alteration fittings appointment and she was unprepared and had not worked on my dress at all. She stated she had completely forgotten about my dress. We rescheduled for a week later and she was not there for the appointment and wouldn’t be for another 2 hours claiming she forgot about the appointment AGAIN. I asked to take my dress to find another seamstress. She still want to be paid for the work that she had done. Upon receiving my dress back and inspecting it I had seen that she had not done anything with it even though she said she had.

AGAIN. Do not recommend and hopefully this will not happen to anyone else. If I could get a 0...

WenLi did an outstanding job on my dress and was able to fit me in her busy schedule for my big day in less than three weeks! She alternated my wedding dress and it’s absolutely amazing.
