Pizza Dock — Restaurant in Fredericktown

Absolutley love love love this pizza. Unfortunately I will no longer be ordering from them because of the lack of professionalism and common courtesy. On a few separate occasions I have called in to order our favorite that we order every week without question, and the same young woman that has done this to me at least twice prior, takes my entire order without thinking that maybe she should tell me prior to taking my order, that they are only delivering 6 miles out and unfortunately I live 7.2 MI away. I completely understand but I am Fed up with the simple basic common courtesy the comes with customer service. I will miss Mike's favorite for the rest of my life though there's got to be a time when you just simply draw a line and I've drawn mine. Answering the phone and saying Pizza Dock how may I help you oh, and by the way, we're only delivering 6 miles tonight. Instead, I place my entire order and got all the way through and then she realized oh wait, you live 1.2 miles further than what we're delivering tonight. So sorry I didn't tell you from the beginning. It can be the most amazing food you have ever eaten (and it is) but when some of the staff has the customer service skills that rate "0"...then you have to decide what is most...

The pizza and subs are good, first place I found around Morrow county that taste like the pizza from my home town, not as good but close. The aggravation with the pizza shop is, some of the employees do not have a clue of what is going on, idk if it’s lack of communication or they just don’t care, and when I called to let manager know or owner, it seems like they also seem to not care, I am sure they are busy, being that most of the pizza places around here are not so good, with Pizza Dock, bring one of the better ones, so loosing a customer for the staff not knowing when your pizza order left the building, or that it was not made, or oh they forgot you need to order 2$ more for us to deliver it to you in Chesterville! So next time we order I say do I have to order more than a large pizza with 2 items and pay delivery fee to get it delivered in chesterville ? And they say NO! On September 8, 2020, I ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza with double cheese and an order of garlic bread. I live in apple valley and I picked up the order at 625pm. When I got home and opened the box, I could immediately tell there was not double cheese on this pizza. My wife called pizza dock to request a credit for the double cheese charge. They responded by saying we ordered "extra" cheese, and wife could hear them bickering between theirselves about whether we ordered "extra" or double cheese. My wife said nevermind and hung up. We ate the pizza and there was not even "normal" on this pizza. So, they charged me for double cheese, argued about whether we ordered double or "extra" cheese, wouldn't give me a credit for maybe 1 or 2 dollars , lost me as a customer, and didn't even put normal cheese on the pizza. Not getting double cheese was not that big of a deal, its happened many times with them over the years, but arguing over double vs extra cheese and then not even getting normal cheese...
