I brought in my 2022 Kia K5 for Carlos and the staff to work on. While the car is awesome, the speaker system in this vehicle was absolutely horrible; the speakers sounded tinny and flat, and the bass was practically nonexistent. I went to Carlos and told him that he needed to help me out, and oh boy did he help me out!

After telling Carlos that I needed the absolute best speaker system in my car, Carlos was great to recommend me Focal speakers, an amplifier going to the speakers, and an amplifier going to two 12 inch subwoofers in the trunk. I had never heard of Focal before, but Carlos ensured me that they are the absolute best speakers; after looking up Focal reviews on google, as well as hearing the speakers in my car, I realized Carlos was spot on with his recommendation!

My Kia was completely transformed due to the work the staff at Bumper to Bumper did for me. The sound quality is 10/10 and I could not be happier; I would say without a doubt the speaker system Carlos and his staff installed in my Kia is the best speaker system I have ever heard in my life.

Furthermore, Carlos and his staff did absolutely meticulous work on my Kia. The Sub Box was placed perfectly in the trunk and Carlos even made sure to clean it up for me before he installed it. Further, the wiring and Sound-Proofing done by the staff was done perfectly and was very neatly done. Every inch of wiring done in the car by the staff is completely perfect and is extremely neat. Further, Carlos installed a Bass Control in the front of my car which is absolutely awesome!

The sound in my Kia is absolutely phenomenal. There is a huge smile on my face every time I get to drive my car because I know I am going to be able to listen to the phenomenal audio that Carlos and his staff installed in my vehicle. The bass installed in my car is extremely loud, but the Focal speakers maintain an extremely clear audio sound even at high volume. I could not be happier with the audio in my car.

The staff at Bumper to Bumper is extremely professional and you absolutely cannot go wrong with bringing your car to them for work. I will be bringing my Kia back in to Bumper to Bumper in about a month to install Window Tints, and I will only use Bumper to Bumper for any further electronic, stereo, or custom work done on any of my vehicles. If you have any type of vehicle that needs the perfect and most professional audio system and installation, this would be the best and only place to go. Their job is clean, effective and they all have the patience to satisfy all your audio needs. I have a ford f150 svt raptor that comes with a not so great audio system and thats equipped with a ford my sync touch radio that really sucks. I was in distress that i won't be able to successfully have a loud clean looking system in my truck without spending more than 5 k. The system is now clear and loud according to my requirements that just puts a smile on my face when i drive my truck. I found this place through a lot of research and also a referrel from my local customs shop and it looks out that i lucked out. Their work is excellent, their knowledge about even the most unique sound systems which is to perfection. Their completely educated in their field of work and they can also outsmart a whole forum of issues with sound systems While surpassing any type of advice with their work. Your not just in good hands your in lucky hands as well. When i went there the first time i was very paranoid since there was no hope for my truck's sounds system. I got my audio system installed recently and now theres just not hope, but now a hope of having a competitive audio system. I had an old stereo system that consists of 4 interior speakers, 2 sub-woofers, 2 amplifiers, 2 capacitors, and a head unit. I attempted to install it myself except I got this annoying line noise. After going crazy trying to find the source of this line noise. I ended up bringing it to the pros at Bumper to Bumper. Within an hour, they diagnosed everything and fixed it. They even had a head unit mounting kit in stock for my 25 year old Honda Accord. The problem ended up being a bad ground. I haven’t had this stereo working in my car for over a year. Thanks to Bumper to Bumper and their professional staff, I now have a stereo that sounds great! Here is an update of my review since I visited bumper 2 bumper twice since the original review:

Since my original review I got a new car with a stock stereo of course that was not acceptable to me. I took the stereo system out of my old car that bumper 2 bumper previously installed to be installed in my new car. I've done stereo installs myself but being that bumper 2 bumper's installation price is so reasonable, I save myself the aggravation of installing it myself and let them install it. I also purchased 4 new internal speakers to replace the factory ones along with a new radio and dash cam. Some parts had to be ordered but if you call ahead or stop by with your car so they can see what they have to work with, they can get the special order parts very fast. In addition to the new parts, they even installed the 2 amplifiers and 2 sub-woofers that I salvaged from my old car. I was very satisfied with their professional work. The job was very clean and since they had my car apart, they found a problem with my remote start and they fixed it. This was done over a year ago and everything is working great. Today I went back and had them install a backup camera and receive the same professional installation as expected. They even wired the camera into the transmission so it comes up automatically when in reverse. Bottom line is I won't go anywhere else...
